简介：

ZCC9266是一种紧凑、高效、低电压的升压型DC/DC变换器，具有自适应电流型PWM控制回路，包括误差放大器、斜坡发生器、比较器、开关传递元件和驱动器，可在大范围的负载电流下提供稳定、高效的工作。它以稳定的波形运行，无需外部补偿。低启动输入电压低于1V，使得ZCC9266适用于提供高达300mA输出电流的1至4个电池应用。450kHz的高开关速率使外部元件的尺寸最小化。此外，17mA的低静态电流和高效率延长了电池的使用寿命。输出电压由两个外部电阻器设置。提供用于驱动外部电源设备（NMOS或NPN）的内部2A开关和驱动器。小型SOT-26和SOT89-5包装。

The  
is a compact, high efficiency, and low voltage  
step-upDC/DC converter with anAdaptive Current Mode  
PWM control loop, includes an error amplifier, ramp  
generator, comparator, switch pass element and driver  
in which providing a stable and high efficient operation  
over a wide range of load currents. It operates in stable  
waveforms without external compensation.  
l 17µA Quiescent (Switch-off) Supply Current  
l Zero Shutdown Mode Supply Current  
l 90% Efficiency  
l 450kHz Fixed Switching Frequency  
l Providing Flexibility for Using Internal and External  
Power Switches  
The low start-up input voltage below 1V makes ZCC9266  
suitable for 1 to 4 battery cells applications of providing  
up to 300mA output current. The 450kHz high switching  
rate minimized the size of external components. Besides,  
the 17mA low quiescent current together with high  
efficiency maintains long battery lifetime.
