基于USB3.0开发了一种用于声波测井数据通信的调试接口和相应的上位机软件。以USB控制芯片CYUSB3014和逻辑控制器EP4CE22F17C8为核心设计了一种可靠的声波测井仪接口电路,设计了基于CAN总线和RS485总线接口的测井仪器互联总线。基于USB3.0主控芯片编写了USB接口协议的固件程序,设计了基于FIFO的USB接口数据传输、外扩总线管理等FPGA测控程序,开发了与接口电路相对应的上位机软件,可以实现对仪器控制命令下发、测井数据上传、文件存储、波形显示等功能。测试表明该方案可以有效稳定传输,满足声波测井仪数据接口的设计要求。

In the paper,a debugging interface for sonic logging data communication and corresponding upper computer software is developed based on USB3.0.A reliable acoustic logging tool interface circuit is designed with USB control chip CYUSB3014 and logic controller EP4CE22F17C8 as the core.The logging instrument based on CAN bus and RS485 bus interface is designed based on the USB3.0 main control chip,the firmware of the USB interface protocol is programmed.The FPGA measurement and control program based on FIFO USB interface data transmission and external bus management is designed.The upper computer software corresponding to the interface circuit is developed,which can be realized.The functions such as instrument control command release,log data upload,file storage and waveform display are achieved.The test results show that the scheme can effectively and stably transmit,which can meet the data interface design requirements of sonic logging tools.
