研究了一种基于TNY279的反激式高效LED恒流驱动电路并介绍了电路参数的设计方法。在此基础上,设计并制作了一款输出为10 V/1.1 A的电路实例,对其单元进行了分析,并在额定负载及过载条件下进行了恒流特性测试,发现在额定负载下该电路输出电流维持在1.114 6~1.114 8 A之间。实验结果表明,这种基于反激变换原理的恒流驱动电路具有稳定性好、恒流精度及效率高等优点,非常适合用作大功率LED照明系统的驱动电路。

A constant-current-output circuit based on a flyback converter and TNY279 for driving high-power light emitting diode(LED) group is researched and the parameters are designed.A circuit prototype with an output of 10 V/1.1 A is fabricated and tested in rated load and overload conditions further to verify its constant-current characteristic.When the circuit prototype is connected with a rated load,an output current variation between 1.114 6~1.114 8 A can be observed.Experimental results show that the driving circuit has a high accuracy,good stability and high efficiency,suggesting that the proposed LED driving method might be practical for high power LED lighting system.
