质子交换膜燃料电池系统设计复杂、价格贵且损耗大,为了提高电池系统的发电效率、减少设计成本,设计了一种基于STM32F103高速嵌入式单片机作为系统下位机的控制核心,基于C#软件平台开发的人机交互监控界面作为上位机的1.5 kW 燃料电池控制系统,有效地整合了燃料电池发电系统。采用工业传感器采集燃料电池的各项参数,实现了对氢气供给、空气供给、散热风扇、模拟量监测和显示等子系统的控制。经过长时间实验,证明该系统设计可靠,运行稳定。

The design of proton exchange membrane fuel cell system is complex, expensive and energy-intensive. In order to improve the power generation efficiency of the battery systemand reduce the design cost, this paper designs a kind of 1.5 kW fuel cell control system, which is based on the STM32f103 high speed embedded MCU as the control core of system lower computer and human-computer interactive monitoring interface developed by C# software platform as the upper computer. The fuel cell control system integrates with the fuel cell power generation system efficiently. The system adopts industrial sensors to collect various parameters of the fuel cell to realize the control of the subsystems such as hydrogen supply, air supply, cooling fan, analog monitoring and display system. The experimental results show that the systemis reliable in design and stable in operation.
