资料介绍

空冷质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在运行时的状态参数将直接反映电堆当前运行性能,因此有必要对PEMFC电堆的状态参数进行监测,以防止电堆运行出现异常导致电堆损坏。文中根据空冷PEMFC电堆需要监测的参数,利用STM32F4微处理器设计了一套可采集电堆温度、输出电压和电流、入口氢气压力的PEMFC状态检测系统,该系统在前端加入调理电路,实现对输入信号滤波、匹配和放大,从而提高采集精度,并通过远端上位机程序和现场显示屏实时显示当前状态数据,使得观察和监测更直观。经实验验证,该PEMFC状态监测系统运行稳定,检测性能良好,实现了高精度状态监测,具有一定的实际应用价值。

The running state parameter of PEMFC with air cooling will directly reflect thecurrent running performance of the stack.Therefore,it is essential to monitor the state parameter of PEMFC stack,preventing stack damage caused by abnormal stack running.In this essay,according to the monitoring parameter that the PEMFC stack with air cooling needed,a set of STM32F4-based PEMFC state monitoring system was designed,which can collect the stack temperature,output voltage and current as well as the inlet hydrogen pressure.Besides,the conditioning circuit was added on the front-end,which realized the filtering,matching and amplifying to the input signal,improved the acquisition accuracy.Furthermore,the real-time data of the current status could be displayed through the remote PC program and field display,bring a more intuitive outcome of observation and monitoring.With the experimental verification,the implementation of the high-precision control could be achieved with the running stability and good performance of the PEMFC state monitoring system.
