利用STC89C52单片机,控制红外避障传感器、按键电路、电机电路、风扇控制电路,实现一款智能化避障吸尘小车设计。通过红外避障传感器检测障碍物方向和距离,当一个方向检测到障碍物时,吸尘车则向反方向转动,从而实现自动避障。在小车的下面安装风扇和储尘盒,实现小车吸尘的功能。经过实际实验,验证了系统具有很好的实用性和稳定性,为自动避障吸尘小车控制系统的开发提供了良好的思路。

Using STC89 C52 single chip microcomputer to control infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, key circuit, motor circuit and fan control circuit, the design of an intelligent obstacle avoidance, a dust collecting car was realized. The system detected the obstacle direction and distance through the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor at both ends of the car. When an obstacle was detected in one direction, the vacuum cleaner rotated in the opposite direction, thereby realizing automatic obstacle avoidance. The vacuum fan and the dust box were installed under the car to realize the function of vacuuming. Through practical experiments, it was verified that the system had good practicability and stability, and provided a good idea for the development of automatic obstacle avoidance vacuum control system.
