基于STC15单片机的白酒窖池无线温度监测节点设计

资料介绍

针对传统白酒固态发酵窖池温度采集方式耗时耗力、破坏发酵环境、精度偏差大的问题,基于STC15单片机和蓝牙技术设计一种无线的窖池温度监测节点。基于低耗特性,节点主控芯片选用STC15W4K32S4单片机;利用数字化温度传感器模块DS18B20对窖池内的环境温度进行采集,并通过与STC15W4K32S4单片机相连的信号线将所测温度数据传送给控制芯片;获取数据后,STC15W4K32S4单片机对数据进行分析和整理,再经过无线蓝牙模块发送至接收端;接收节点获取数据后,通过LCD1602液晶模块显示出来。相对于传统的白酒发酵窖池测温方法,该节点模块能够更准确,更方便的实现测温功能,在很大程度上减少工作人员的劳动量。

Traditional in-pit temperature data collection is a time & energy-consuming work. Besides, it might destroy the fermentation environment and obtain inaccurate measuring data. At present, we have developed a wireless in-pit temperature-monitoring device based on STC15 MCU and bluetooth technology. In the design, STC15W4K32S4 MCU is selected as the main control chip of the node and DS18B20 is the digital temperature sensor module for collecting the ambient temperature in the pit and then transmitting the measured temperature data to STC15W4K32S4 MCU. Afterwards, STC15W4K32S4 MCU can analyze the data and send it to the receiver through the wireless bluetooth module. Finally, temperature data is displayed on LCD1602 LCD module. Compared with the traditional method, the new device is more convenient and it could obtain more accurate measuring data. Furthermore, it could greatly reduce the workload of the staff.
