以双气缸协作为案例,分析了常用控制方案的优缺点,针对其中的不足之处,设计了以单片机为信号处理模块的双缸协作控制系统,利用软件平台分别完成了气动回路、电气回路与信号处理模块设计、仿真与制作。实践证明该试验台安全可靠、内容充实、操作性强、教学方便,能以较低成本完成集气动控制、电气安装、电子制作和单片机编程为一体的课程教学。

Taking double cylinder cooperation as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of common control schemes are analyzed, and a dual cylinder cooperative control system based on single chip microcomputer as a signal processing module is developed. The pneumatic circuit,electrical circuit and signal processing module are designed, simulated and made in several software platforms. The practice has proved that the test-bed is reliable in work, full in content, strong in operation and convenient in teaching. It can complete the course teaching of pneumatic control, electrical installation, electronic manufacture and single-chip microcomputer programming at a lower cost.
