退役动力电池储能应用时,需要对电池状态进行评估与测试,能否快速准确在线估算SOC是制约退役电池梯次利用及快速成组的关键。通过建立退役动力电池等效模型,采用卡尔曼滤波和参数辨识结合的方法,可以实现SOC的实时估算;退役动力电池串并联成大型电池组应用于微电网储能,使用时需要更严格的均衡管理。针对现有的大型电池组均衡电路均衡用时长、效率低问题,设计了新型均衡电路。

For the energy storage application of retired power batteries, it is necessary to evaluate and test the battery state. Whether the SOC can be quickly and accurately estimated online is the key to restrict the cascade utilization and rapid grouping of retired batteries. The real-time estimation of SOC can be realized by establishing the equivalent model of retired power battery and combining Kalman filter with parameter identification. The retired power batteries are connected into large batteries for energy storage in microgrid, which requires stricter equalization management. A new type of equalization circuit was designed to solve the problems of long equalization time and low efficiency of the existing large battery pack equalization circuit.
