In order to improve the integrity and efficiency of the S06 oscilloscope calibrator Instrument, we had analyzed the working principle of this instrument, and gave three kinds of improvement design schemes and comparative optimization results for the faulty calibration time circuit： transistor quartz crystal oscillator, COMS crystal oscillator and crystal oscillator TTL. The improvement the experience and maintenance method of this kind of instrument could provide reference of the metrological ver-ification colleagues.
