资料介绍

在实际的ΣΔ调制器中,存在着各种非理想特性,主要包括时钟抖动,开关热噪声,运算放大器热噪声,以及积分器中运算放大器的有限增益、摆率、饱和电压等.为了考察这些非理想特性与调制器性能之间的关系,在MATLAB的Simulink环境下建立一个五阶ΣΔ调制器的非理想模型,通过系统仿真分析各种非理想特性对调制器性能的影响,为实际电路设计提供参考.

There are various non ideal characteristics in the actual Σ△ modulator,including clock jitter,switching thermal noise,operational amplifier thermal noise,and the finite gain,sew rate,saturation voltage of the operational amplifiers in the integrator. In order to investigate the relationship between these non ideal characteristics and the modulator energy,this study builds a non ideal model of five order modulator under the Simulink environment in MATLAB. The influence of various non ideal characteristics on the performance of the modulator is analyzed with systematic simulation,which provides reference for the design of the actual circuit.
