固态超高频感应加热电源由于工作频率高,工作状态受到主电路结构和器件性能的影响,工作频率和输出功率难以提升。通过能量守恒和傅里叶分解的方法,分析了双开关电路的工作原理和工作特性。采用SiC器件和双开关电路制作了一台1 MHz/1 kW的实验样机,并给出了实验结果。结果表明该电路具有电压泵升作用;母线损耗减小,杂散电感无影响;设计的负载电路和采用的SiC器件减小了寄生参数;开关器件无需设置死区时间,可以提升工作频率,且工作于近似零电压的开关模式,降低了开关损耗。

The solid state ultra-high-frequency induction heating power supply is affected by the main circuit structure and device performance due to its high working frequency.The working frequency and output power are difficult to improve.The operation principle and the characteristics of the double-switch circuit are analysed by using energy conservation law and Fourier decomposition.A 1 MHz/1 kW prototype is built by using SiC devices and the doubleswitch circuit and the experimental results are given.The results show that the circuit can pump up the voltage.The bus-bar losses can reduce and the bus-bar stray inductance has no effect.The designed load circuit and the SiC devices reduce the stray inductance and the parasitic capacitance.The switch frequency can increase without dead-time of the switch devices and the switch losses can reduce at approximately zero voltage switching mode.
