提出了一种基于SD卡启动方式的PowerPC NOR Flash自动烧写的方法,该方法通过SD卡启动,读取存储在SD卡中的NORFlash烧写镜像,实现将烧写镜像自动烧写到Flash芯片中。该方法省去了以往嵌入式PowerPC Flash芯片首次烧写uboot必需的专用烧写器。实际工程应用及测试结果表明,该方法运行稳定可靠,可大幅度提高生产烧写效率,具有较高的工程应用价值。

In the paper,a method for PowerPC NOR Flash auto flash-burning based on SD card booting-mode is method boots with SD card,reads the NOR Flash burning image stored in SD card,and automatically writes the burning image to Flash s method removes the special-purpose flash-burner which is necessary to burn uboot for the first time in embedded PowerPC Flash practical engineering application and test results show that the method is stable and reliable,and can greatly improve the burning efficiency of has high engineering application value.
