一种便携SAW气体传感器的电路设计

An oscillation circuit for dual delay lines type of SAW devices has been designed in this paper. The signal processing technology has been used to avoid the uneasy-oscillation and the frequency-hopping of the dual delay line SAW device. The proposed circuit has the features of simple structure and easy-oscillation for the device having the insertion loss of below 20 dB,and can satisfy the demands for the vapor detection.
