RVDT角位移传感器校准技术研究
资料介绍
RVDT角位移传感器应用于某型号发动机,用于测量燃油调节器开度和燃油流量,与设定流量比较实现反馈,达到燃油流量随发动机状态变化准确调节的目的。介绍了RVDT传感器的应用背景、现状和工作原理,着重分析了RVDT传感器及信号调理电路的校准方法和相关试验研究。利用RVDT传感器校准装置,进行了RVDT传感器和信号调理电路匹配特性试验,表明信号调理电路设计合理,工作可靠;开展了幅值和频率激励对RVDT传感器输出影响试验研究,结果表明幅值激励对传感器输出影响大,而频率激励对传感器输出影响小。利用本套校准装置,首次为某型号发动机RVDT传感器及信号调理电路提供计量校准服务,为型号任务提供了计量保障。
RVDT angle displacement sensors were used in athodyd engine for measuring fuel regulator opening angle and fuel flow. Comparing with the set flow,feedback was achieved to reach the purpose of fuel flow rate adjusted accurately with engine state changing. The application background,present situation and working principle of RVDT sensor were introduced in this paper. Calibration method and related experimental research of RVDT sensor and signal conditioning circuit were analyzed emphasizely. The matching characteristic test of RVDT sensor and signal conditioning circuit was progressed,showing that the signal conditioning circuit was designed reasonably and reliably. Experimental research was carried out about the effect of the amplitude and frequency incentive on RVDT sensor. The research showed that amplitude excitation influenced on the sensor output largely. And the frequency excitation influenced on the output of the sensor a little. Using the calibration device,the measurement and calibration services were firstly provided for RVDT sensor and signal conditioning circuit of the athodyd engine. The measurement guarantee was provided for model task.
