高灵敏度RFID测试系统载波对消电路仿真

为准确分析载波对消电路性能的关键影响因素，采用锁相环理论对载波对消电路的关键参数进行理论分析和优化，基于Simulink建立了射频载波对消和基带直流消除两种模型，仿真比较了两种电路的关键性能；仿真结果表明射频正交载波对消系统与直流消除系统相比明显改善了电路的载波抑制性能，且抑制效果与相位噪声自相关性有直接关系；建立的模型为研究RFID载波对消电路的性能和动态对消过程提供了一种有效的仿真工具。
In order to analyze the key factors which affect the performance of carrier cancellation circuit accurately, the PLL theory was used to analyze and optimize the key parameters of the carrier cancellation circuit model, and two models of RF carrier cancellation and baseband DC cancellation were established based on Simulink in the paper. Then, the key performances of the two circuits were compared by simulation. The simulation results show that com- pared with the DC cancellation system, the radio frequency orthogonal carrier cancellation system improves the carrier suppression performance of the circuit significantly, and the suppression effect relates to the autocorrelation of phase noise directly.
