反激变换器中RCD箝位电路的研究

反激变换器原边漏感对半导体器件的影响较大,通过RCD箝位电路可以降低半导体器件的关断电压尖峰。分析了RCD箝位电路在反激变换器中的工作原理,并介绍了RCD各个参数的设计方法以及RCD箝位电路的损耗分析,实验验证了RCD各参数对反激变换器的影响。
As the primary inductance leakage has greater impact on semiconductor apparatus in the flyback converter,the RCD clamp circuit can reduce breaking voltage peak of semiconductor apparatus.Analysis was made to the working principle of RCD clamp circuit in the flyback converter.Introduction was made to the design method of RCD each data and loss analysis of RCD clamp circuit.Experiment has verified the impact of RCD each data on the flyback converter.
