PWM调频电机轴承电蚀原理与绝缘防护指标
资料介绍
针对普通轴承可能出现电蚀等电磁损伤现象的问题,分析了轴承电蚀的原理。建立了普通轴承和绝缘轴承电路模型,并以此为基础分析了绝缘轴承涂层绝缘电阻、交流电压值、涂层电容等性能指标。分析结果可为绝缘轴承的设计和分析提供参考。
Aimed at electromagnetic damage such as electric corrosion of ordinary bearings, the principle of electric corrosion is analyzed. The circuit model is established for ordinary bearings and insulation bearings. Based on this, the performance indexes of insulation bearings, such as insulation resistance of coating, AC voltage value and capacitance of coating are analyzed. The analysis results provide a reference for design and analysis of insulation bearings.
