基于PWM的压电喷油器驱动控制研究

资料介绍

针对自行研制的压电喷油器和压电执行器,基于脉宽调制(PWM)控制方式,设计了以ADμC841单片机和IGBT开关管为核心的六缸压电喷油器驱动控制电路。利用Matlab/Simulink对驱动电路关键参数进行了设计,最后对设计的驱动电路进行了驱动压电执行器和压电喷油器试验。试验结果表明,当压电执行器等效电容为6.8μF时,驱动电压可达180V,峰值电流为25A,驱动电路响应时间小于0.2ms;设计的驱动控制电路可实现压电喷油器的精确快速控制,满足至少两次的多次喷射要求。

For self-developed piezoelectric injectors and piezo actuators, the 6-cylinder piezoelectric injector drive control circuit with ADμC841 microcontroller and IGBT switch tube was designed based on a pulse width modulation (PWM) control mode. The Matlab/Simulink was then used to optimize the key parameters of the drive circuit. Finally, the designed drive circuit was verified by piezoelectric actuator and piezoelectric injector test. The test results show that the driving voltage can reach 180 V, the peak current is 25 A and the response time of driving circuit is less than 0.2 ms when the equivalent capacitance of piezoelectric actuator is 6.8 μF. Accordingly, the designed drive control circuit can realize precise and fast control of the piezo injector, which meets the multiple injection requirements at least twice.
