升压型零电压转换PWM电路研究与仿真

资料介绍

针对普通开关电源损耗大、效率低的问题,对开关电源的损耗进行了研究,提出了改进型零电压转换脉冲宽度调制(Zero-voltage-transition pulse-width modulation,ZVT-PWM)电路的开关电源优化设计方案。应用Saber仿真软件,搭建了改进型ZVT-PWM电路的直流升压(Boost)仿真电路,得到优化后的Boost仿真电路各器件的参数波形。实验结果表明,与基本Boost仿真电路和普通型ZVT-PWM电路波形相比,改进型Boost ZVT-PWM电路的开关损耗明显减小,电感电流应力由25 A降到6 A,整个系统效率得到提升,实现了开关电源效率优化的目的。

Aiming at the problem of large loss and poor efficiency of common switching power supply, the loss of switching power supply is studied. An optimized design scheme of switching power supply is proposed based on the improved zero voltage switching pulse width modulation (ZVT-PWM) circuit. The Boost simulation circuit model of the improved ZVT-PWM circuit is built by Saber simulation software, and the parameters waveform of the optimized Boost simulation circuit is obtained. Comparing with the basic Boost simulation circuit and the ordinary ZVT-PWM circuit waveform, the results show that the loss of the switch can be reduced obviously based on improved Boost ZVT-PWM circuit. The inductor current stress can be decreased from 25 A to about 6 A and the efficiency of the whole system can be improved so as to realize the efficiency optimization of the switching power supply.
