精细农业是现代农业发展的必然趋势,施药方面通过深入研究变量喷雾技术,来提高农药利用率、减小环境污染等问题。本文在研究比例电磁阀等效电路模型的基础上,设计一种通过脉宽调制(PWM)技术控制比例电磁阀阀芯开口的方法。通过产生一定频率的PWM信号,在不改变频率的前提下调节该PWM波的占空比,获到适当的输出电流,然后将电流放大加载到比例电磁阀线圈上,进而控制管路内流量变化,最后得到不同的雾滴粒径和速度。根据植株病虫害的具体情况,调节系统参数,提高雾滴沉积率,改善喷雾效果。
