基于PVDF压电薄膜的仿生触觉检测系统研究

为了提高触觉传感器的灵敏度,依据聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜压电效应的基本原理,结合人体皮肤生理结构层仿生学,设计双凸点拱形结构传感器,优化集成信号调理电路,设计上位机LabVIEW数据分析处理程序,提出一种基于PVDF压电薄膜的仿生触觉检测系统。针对不同结构传感器测试分析,使用Origin软件对采集数据进行处理,验证了双凸点拱形结构传感器滑觉信号检测灵敏度最佳,是无凸点拱形传感器的1.36倍、上凸点拱形传感器的1.19倍。实验表明,该系统可检测判断触滑热觉信号,实现触觉传感器的仿生皮肤功能。

In order to improve the sensitivity of the tactile sensor, according to the basic principle of piezoelectric effect of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric film, combined with bionics of human skin physiological structure layer, through designing the double-salient arch structure sensor and optimizing the integrated signal conditioning circuit as well as designing the LabVIEW data analysis and processing program for the host computer, a bionic tactile detection system based on PVDF piezoelectric thin film is presented in this paper. The test and analysis of the sensors with different structures are carried out and the collected data is processed by using the Origin software. It is verified that the slip signal detection sensitivity of the double-salient arch structure sensor is the best, which is 1.36 times higher than that of the non-salient arch structure sensor and 1.19 times higher than that of the upper-salient arch structure sensor. The experiment shows that the system can detect and judge the touch-heat signal and realize the function of bionic skin of tactile sensor.
