本文针对锅炉控制系统在酒店建筑设计中所面对的特殊要求-实现对众多分散的出水端温度进行准确测量和温度控制,以及分析现有锅炉通用控制系统存在的硬件成本因测温节点众多而显著增加的问题,采用了4通道PT100智能温度测量模块的方案,之后详细阐述了使用单电源供电的运放来设计恒流源激励的铂电阻PT100的温度传感器电路,并在此基础上实现了高精度、低成本的,并可以与台达PLC接口的RS485智能温度测量模块的设计,最后给出了实验分析结果。

Analysisof the special requirement for boiler electrical control system to be utilized in the Hotel building design has been made,that control system has a technical ability of measuring the water temperature accurately in distributed water outlet and keeping the temperature of output water is issue analysis of electrical hardware cost to be increased in the boiler general control system by adding ofthe temperature measurement node has being presented,the new design schema has been made to design a 4 channel PT100 intelligent temperature measurement module,to enrich how to design temperature sensing circuits with platinum PT100 exciting by constant current source,employing operational amplifier powered with single omplishment of high precise and low cost temperature sensing circuits and to build an intelligent temperature sensing electronics module,providing the capability interface with PLC over RS485 cable,finally,provided the testing analysis results of temperature sensor circuits.

    现在能买到的PT100模块精度也就是0.5℃，想提升到0.1℃，如果能达到0.05℃的精度就更好了！惠斯通电桥和恒流源1mA的方案都研究一下，看看那种性价比更好一些。
