为保证CCD在实际应用中能稳定高速地运行,首要解决的问题是设计可靠的驱动电路。基于PSOC技术设计了一种优于传统驱动的高移植性驱动系统。该系统主要包括时序产生部分和信号处理部分,首先通过对TCD1205DG芯片的基本原理进行分析处理,提出一种稳定的驱动时序产生方法;然后基于二阶滤波电路对输出信号优化处理;最后在理论研究基础上,对输出信号进行实验验证。结果表明,所设计的驱动系统符合CCD的工作需求,而且可靠易行。

To ensure CCD's stable and efficient operation in the practical application,the important thing was to design a reliable drive circuit. The article based on PSOC designed a drive system of high portability,and it was superior to the traditional ways. The system mainly consisted of the timing generation section and signal processing. Firstly,the article analyzed the basic principle of Toshiba TCD1205 DG,and put forward a stable driving timing method. Then the output signal was optimized,which was based on the analysis of the second-order filter circuit.
