基于改进PID算法的镀铬槽液温度控制系统设计
资料介绍
由于镀液温度具有时变性、非线性和滞后性等特点,为实现精准监控和实时调节,基于专家控制规则提出了一种改进PID控制方法。以单片机为控制核心设计了一种镀液温度控制系统。该温控系统由控制器实时采集镀液温度,根据预设值与实测值的偏差,通过改进PID算法输出控制信号,实现控制系统的自适应、快速响应与实时调节。实际应用结果表明,系统运行稳定、容易实现镀铬过程温度的在线控制而且控制精度精准,可满足电镀要求。
Due to the characteristics of time- varying,nonlinearity and hysteresis of the bath temperature,an improved PID control method was proposed based on expert control rules to realize precise monitoring and real- time adjustment. A temperature control system was designed with single chip microcomputer as control core. The temperature was collected by the controller in real time. According to the deviation between the preset value and the measured value,the self- adaptive,fast response and real- time adjustment of the control system were realized by improving the output control signal of PID algorithm. The practical application results show that the system is stable and easy to realize the on-line control of chrome-plating process temperature and accurate control precision,which can meet the electroplating requirements.
