在焊接生产中,电源这种能源供给装置作用越来越大,其性能直接影响到焊接质量,因此对焊接电源的研究长期以来受到人们的高度重视.随着逆变技术的发展与应用,焊接电源也获得了日新月异的变化.目前,焊机系统数字化方面的研究如火如荼.基于逆变焊机系统PID控制算法的研究和建立电路仿真模型,通过对其系统建模与仿真来分析、设计和研究这样一个复杂系统,应用MATLAB的Simulink模块库搭建逆变主电路模型,将IGBT逆变焊机主电路分步仿真,使用控制算法PID实时计算与控制.

In the welding production,the power supply device of the power supply is becoming more and more important,and its performance directly affects the welding refore,the research on the welding power source has been highly valued by people for a long h the development and application of inverter technology,the welding power source has also undergone rapid present, the research on the digitization of the welding machine system is in full ed on the research of PID control algorithm of inverter welding machine system and the establishment of circuit simulation model. Through analyzing,designing and researching such a complex system by using its system modeling and simulation,using the MATLAB Simulink module library,the inverter main circuit is main circuit of the IGBT inverter welder step by step is simulated by using the PID algorithm real-time to finish calculation and control.
