PFC乘法器电路研究与设计
资料介绍
针对开关电源谐波产生的危害问题,提出了功率因数校正(PFC)技术。首先介绍了PFC基本原理,着重介绍了PFC的关键电路乘法器电路。通过对乘法器模块工作原理进行详细分析,采用bipolar 2μm工艺实现控制电流比较器的基准电压,并利用Pspice软件对乘法器模块及整体功能进行仿真。通过电流环对输入电流平均值进行调节,使其成为与输入整流电压同相位的正弦信号。仿真结果表明,乘法器的最高输出为1.8V,输入电流与电压相位相同,启动电压上下限为12V、9V,过压保护电流的上下限为42μA、10μA。仿真结果表明设计实现了预期目标。
As to the harm due to harmonics of switching power supply,the power factor correction( PFC) technology is presented in this paper. The basic principle and the key circuit multiplier circuit of PFC are introduced. Based on the detailed analysis of working principle of the multiplier module,bipolar2μm technology is used to control reference voltage of current comparator,and the Pspice software is employed to simulate the multiplier module and the whole function.
