This paper proposes a method for non-contact detection the thickness of copper clad laminate and printed circuit board using a laser displacement sensor and applied it to copper clad laminate and PCB thickness on-line inspection article briefly introduces the working principle of the t data shows that the measurement method is stable and pared with traditional measurement methods such as dial indicator and semi-automatic contact,it has significant advantages such as high test accuracy,high efficiency,non-contact measurement and automatic inspection etc.
