印刷电路板(Printed circuit board,PCB)质量自动检测装置是利用电子显微镜观测和X-Y二维工作台测量PCB电路板的表面质量。X-Y二维工作台指的是能沿着X向和Y向移动的工作台。提出了二维工作台机械结构设计方案,设计中采用步进电机的开环伺服系统驱动。生产实际证明,该装置运行状态良好,生产效率高。

The automatic detection device of the quality of Printed circuit board makes use of an electron microscope observation and the 2D worktable to measure the quality of Printed circuit board. The 2D worktable refers to the worktable which can move along the X and Y. Proposed the design of the 2D worktable mechanical structure, it apply open loop servo system of stepping motor to drive in the design. It has been proved that the automatic detection device is operating well and has a high production efficiency.
