资料介绍

This application note is a design guide to assist the customer in creating a low-layer, low-cost, PCB design when using the MPC8544E device. Key items of discussion include assumed PCB stackup, power delivery, and proper signal referencing. Additionally, layout plots for the device fan-out are also included.

NOTE The schematic and Gerber data shown within this application note are intended merely to demonstrate the fan-out and power delivery strategy necessary to achieve a six-layer PCB. The schematic and Gerber data does not include all the decoupling, nor do they show all the necessary pull-ups and AC caps required outside the BGA fan-out area. Thislevel of detail is captured as part of the MPC8544E development system.
