基于PC104的控制器检测装置的设计

针对某武器装备控制器方便检测,基于PC104为核心,设计一种低成本、操作方便、自动化程度高的检测装置,该检测装置功能实现对搭载控制器、搭载电池组、一次分离检测传感器、姿态传感器、深度传感器等进行功能检查,并对搭载控制器自检信息进行反馈、参数设定等任务。
Aiming at the convenient detection of a weapon equipment controller, based on PC104 as the core, a low-cost, easy-to-operate and highly automated detection device is designed. The function of the detection device is to check the functions of the onboard controller, battery pack, primary separation detection sensor, attitude sensor and depth sensor, and to feedback the self-checking information of the onboard controller and set parameters.
