OLED亮度补偿电路浅析
资料介绍
OLED像素电路存在OLED发光不均匀的问题,主要是由驱动晶体管阈值电压漂移和电源压降引起的。本文通过专利数据库对京东方近年来提出的多种用于使OLED发光均匀的像素电路的原理进行了分析,并提出了一些设计方面的建议。
OLED pixel circuit exist the problem that the light brightness is not s problem is mainly due to the shift of threshold voltage of OLED pixel driving transistor and the drop of the supply eral OLED pixel circuits which used to make the brightness uniform was designed by BOE TECHNOLOGY GROUP in recent years in the patent database,these are analyzed for their design principle and some design considerations are proposed.
