基于NB IOT的智能水表采集器设计

资料介绍

针对社会大型公共建筑水能耗监测的需求,借助NB IOT(窄带物联网)的低功耗优势,提出一种基于NB IOT的智能水表采集器的设计方案。该方案由M BUS总线方式实现对智能水表的能耗数据采集,使用微控制器将采集到的数据进行解析封装后,利用NB IOT将封装的COAP数据传至物联网云平台进行数据解析再推送到应用服务器。其重点设计了采集器的硬件电路,开发了NB IOT的网络传输。测试结果表明,该采集器实现了智能水表的远程低功耗数据采集,达到了预期设计目标。

In allusion to the demand of water energy consumption monitoring of large scale public buildings,a design scheme of intelligent water meter collector based on narrow band Internet of Things(NB IOT)is proposed by virtue of the low power consumption advantage of NB this scheme,the energy consumption data of smart water meters are collected by means of MBUS er the collected data is analyzed and encapsulated by the microcontroller,NB IOT is used to transmit the encapsulated COAP data to the IOT cloud platform for the further data analysis,and then send it to the application primary focus of the scheme is the design of the hardware circuit and the development of the network transmission of NB test results show that the proposed collector can achieve the remote low power consumption data acquisition of the intel ligent water meter,and reach the expected design goal.
