The 24 Decimal Timing Circuit Design occupies a very important part in the study of Digital Electronic s paper uses the synchronous preset and asynchronous zero ends of 16 decimal counter 74HC161,makes respective designs with synchronous clock and asynchronous clock and analyzes the error prone parts in the design process and presents the simulation results of the circuit design to the students with the help of the simulation software Multisim12,which is helpful for students to understand and learn the correct use of integrated counters and the composition method of any binary counters.
