TMR磁传感器拥有高灵敏度、低功耗、体积小等特性,广泛应用于汽车、工业、消费电子等领域,其中磁角度传感器研发难度高,大部分都是国外研发生产。我们分多阶段来实现国产磁角度传感器,先用分离器件做角度传感器原型样机,研究误差补偿算法,提炼关键技术,储备技术能力,进行技术验证,为后续的小型化和自主研发芯片做好准备。本文包括了现状分析、总体设计、硬件方案、软件和算法、系统测试等几部分内容。

TMR magnetic sensor has the characteristics of high sensitivity,low power consumption,small size and so is widely used in automobile,industry,consumer electronics and other ng them,magnetic angle sensor is more difficult to develop,and most of them are developed and produced in implement the domestic magnetic angle sensor in st,we use the separating device as the prototype of angle sensor,study the error compensation algorithm,refine the key technology,reserve the technical capability,and carry out technical verification,so as to prepare for the subsequent miniaturization and independent research and development of subject includes status analysis,overall design, hardware scheme,software and algorithm,system testing and other parts.
