基于MSP430的多功能乳腺理疗仪的设计研究

资料介绍

目的设计一款便携的乳腺理疗仪,用于女性哺乳期乳汁淤积、乳房肿胀的预防与治疗。方法该理疗仪采用MSP430单片机作为控制器,OLED液晶显示屏进行显示,键盘控制输出不同波形、强度的低频电流,通过乳腺电极片实现对人体不同的刺激模式。通过半导体制冷片的帕尔帖效应实现冷热敷功能。结果开机测试结果表明该理疗仪基本达到了设计要求,集低频电刺激与冷热敷功能于一体,具有无创、操作简便、体积小的特点。结论本文研制的低频电刺激理疗仪功能全面,小巧便携,适合在医院及家庭推广使用。

Objective We aimed to design a portable breast physiotherapy instrument for the prevention and treatment of postpartum galactostasis and breast swelling during lactation. Methods The physiotherapy instrument used MSP430 as the microcontroller, OLED as display screen, keyboard control output different waveforms, intensity of low frequency current. It achieved different stimulation mode to the human body through the breast electrode. The cold and hot compress function was realized by the partier effect of semiconductor cooling sheet. Results The start-up test results showed that the physiotherapy instrument basically met the design requirements, integrated low-frequency electrical stimulation and cold and hot compress functions, and had the characteristics of non-invasive, simple operation and small volume. Conclusion The low-frequency electric stimulation physiotherapy instrument developed in this paper has comprehensive functions. It is compact and portable, and is suitable for popularizing and using in hospitals and families.
