Temperature collection plays an important role in various industries. In this paper, a digital display thermometer, which is composed of MSP430F 149 microcontroller, DS 18C20 temperature sensor and SMC 1602A liquid crystal display, is introduced in this paper. The digital thermometer can be achieved with low power consumption, and can guarantee the accuracy of the measurement.
