光伏MPPT拓扑电路与控制策略仿真研究

根据太阳电池的物理原理以及输出特性,基于MATLAB的Simulink仿真平台实现了太阳电池的仿真。利用该仿真模型,并以扰动法与电导增量法为控制策略,研究了Boost、Buck、Boost-Buck以及Cuk四种DC-DC拓扑电路在太阳电池最大功率跟踪中的应用,结果表明通过适当调节续流电感等电路参数,四种电路均能较好实现最大功率跟踪。其中Boost与Buck电路结构简洁、电路参数更易调节。分析表明每种拓扑电路对负载阻抗有各自不同的适应范围,当负载阻抗超过适应范围时,电路将不能实现最大功率跟踪。同时四种拓扑电路追踪结果均表明,电导增量法算法简洁高效,输出功率波动小,跟踪效果较好。

According to the physical and output characters of photovoltaics,the simulation model of solar cell was built based on Simulink of MATLAB.In addition,using P&O and INC algorithm as control strategy,the research of maximum power point tracking with Boost,Buck,Boost-buck and Cuk DC-DC topology circuits was conducted.The result shows that the four DC topology circuits can implement MPPT well by adjusting the parameters of the circuit appropriately such as the freewheel inductor.Among them the boost and buck circuit was less complex and easier to adjust.Meanwhile,the experimental results presented that the load resistance of each circuit has its own sco...
