资料介绍

由于现代船舶电力系统集成度变高、人机交互数据处理量变大等特点,传统的PLC与触摸屏人机交互模式已无法满足系统需求。因此,文章建立了单片机与触摸屏的通信方式。首先,详细讲解了MCGS触摸屏所支持的Modbus RTU协议指令系统的组成及其应答格式;其次,在此基础上提出了飞思卡尔单片机ModbusRTU协议的软件设计方法;最后,建立了试验平台并验证了单片机与触摸屏间通信的可靠性。

Due to the high integration of modern ship power systems and the large amount of human-computer interaction data processing, the traditional PLC and touch screen human-computer interaction mode can not meet the system requirements. Therefore, the communication method between MCU and the touch screen is established. Firstly, the composition and response format of Modbus RTU protocol supported by MCGS touch screen are explained in detail. Secondly, the software design method of Freescale Modbus RTU protocol is proposed. Finally, the test platform is established to verify the reliability of communication between MCU and touch screen.
