基于MCP3204的大量程光伏电压显示电路设计

为了解决现有的光伏电压表存在测量范围小、测量精度低的问题。提出了一种基于MCP3204模数转换的设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统包括AT89S52单片机,与该AT89S52单片机连接的电源模块、cmos反相器、数码显示管、MCP3204模数转换器和用作AT89S52单片机上拉电阻的排阻,同时与cmos反相器和排阻连接的数码显示管,以及与MCP3204模数转换器连接、用于接入外部直流电压以便电压表测量的测量输入口。本系统结构简单、设计合理、使用方便,其在很大程度上改善了光伏电压表的测量精度和测量范围,达到了设计要求。
In order to solve the existing problems of small measuring range and low measurement accuracy in the existing photovoltaic voltage meter. A design scheme based on MCP3204 analog to digital conversion is presented, and the hardware and software design of the system is completed.
