This arti- cle was simulated on the three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier circuit using MATLAB/Simulink tool. It Obtains rectifier voltage and current waveforms at different load circuit. It was derived on the simulation results of the data, which verifies the correctness of the presents a charge-discharge-type buffer circuit protection for power electronic devices.
