资料介绍

在三相PWM桥式逆变电路中为确保同一桥臂上下开关管不致发生直通，必须设置死区时间。死区时间对逆变器的输出电压和电流波形会造成畸变，正确分析死区时间的影响是从控制上进行补偿的重要基础。利用Matlab中的Simulink工具，建立了三相SPWM桥式逆变电路模型，并对死区产生的影响进行了分析，讨论了调制深度和载波频率的影响。为三相SPWM逆变电路的控制器设计提供了参考。

In three-phase PWM bridge inverter circuit, in order to avoid the same bridge arm switch short circuit, it needs to set the dead time. Dead time can cause output voltage and current of inverter wave distortion, correct analysis the influence of the dead time is an important basis of control compensation. A three-phase bridge SPWM inverter circuit model is established by MATLAB/Simulink tool, the affect caused by dead zone is analyzed, and the affect of modulation depth and carrier frequency is discussed. It provides a reference for the controller design of three-phase SPWM inverter circuit.
