基于Matlab的SAW模态耦合模型的仿真研究

谐振型的声表面波(SAW)传感器的设计需对谐振器进行数学模型建立。为此,提出了一种新的基于模态耦合模型的SAW谐振器模型,并分别给出了单端口SAW谐振器和双端口SAW谐振器主要模型参数的建立过程。借助新模型成功地对R433.92型单端口SAW谐振器和F3810型双端口SAW谐振器进行仿真,并且借助两种谐振器的等效电路对仿真结果进行实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明:采用新模型对谐振型SAW传感器仿真是可行的。

The design of resonant surface acoustic wave(SAW) sensor is required to establish a mathematical model for resonator. In this paper,a new SAW resonator model based on modal coupling model is proposed,and the main model parameters of SAW resonator and double port SAW resonator are given respectively. The single-port SAW resonator of R433. 92 and dual-port SAW resonator of F3810 are successfully simulated by the new model. The simulation results of the two resonators are verified by the equivalent circuit of the two resonators. The simulation and experimental results show that the new model is feasible for resonant SAW sensor simulation.
