资料介绍

MACRO测试语言作为边界扫描测试基础上的延伸,继承了边界扫描测试的优点,同时更具灵活性。对于LVDS传输、特殊存储器等,在现有边界扫描测试无法直接用模型解决的情况下,MACRO测试填补了这一空白。文中对MACRO测试的程序设计方法、适用条件等做了介绍,同时通过LVDS传输电路、双端口存储器电路的不同特点,做了程序上的对比分析。通过分析结果不难发现MACRO测试灵活性大的优势,因此能够在测试技术中占据一席之地,并得到更广泛的应用。

As extensions to boundary scan test,MACRO test language,which succeeds the advantages of boundary scan,is more adaptable and flexible.For LVDS transmission and special memories,MACRO test can directly use models which can not be realized by boundary scan test.This paper makes an introduction to program design method of MACRO test and applicable condition,etc.At the same time,according to the different features of LVDS transmission circuit and DPRAM circuit,it makes a comparative analysis in the program.Based on the analysis result,it has been found that MACRO test is characterized by high flexibility,which makes it an important role in test technology and to be widely applied.
