随着电子技术的高速发展以及各种IC芯片、微处理器的普及应用,对低压大电流输出的变换器的效率要求越来越高,采用低导通电阻的功率管替代整流二极管的同步整流技术可以有效降低器件损耗,提高变换器效率。而损耗分析也对变换器的优化设计起着至关重要的作用。基于LTC3879芯片对同步整流BUCK变换器的各主要器件进行损耗分析和计算,并以该芯片控制的同步整流BUCK变换器对计算方法进行效率验证,实验证实该设计方法的可行性。
