该设计以＂X射线拼接探测时间测量电路的研制＂课题为背景。以X射线脉冲星地面实验系统仿真源模拟产生X射线为基础,在Xilinx的Zed Board开发平台上实现了Linux嵌入式操作系统对FPGA内部TDC硬件电路的数据采集和控制。实现了皮秒级精度的数据采集、可靠的数据传输以及实时的数据处理。该设计提出的SOPC系统设计方法,也可应用于工业控制、智能家居、环境监测等领域,具有很好的应用前景和实用价值。

The design is carried out under the background of ＂development of X-ray splice detection time measuring circuit＂. Based on the X-ray simulation of X-ray pulsar ground experiment system simulation source, the Linux embedded operating system for data acquisition and control of FPGA internal TDC hardware circuit is realized on the Zed Board development platform of Xilinx. The picosecond precision data acquisition, reliable data transmission and real-time data processing are obtained. The design method of SOPC system in this article has a wide range of application prospects and practical value in industrial control, smart home, environmental monitoring etc.
