资料介绍

设计了一款无辅助绕组的原边控制反激式LED恒流驱动器。该LED恒流驱动器采用内部功率开关管的源极驱动技术,使整个电路的静态功耗较低。设计采用特殊的恒流控制方式,加之电路静态电流极低,无需变压器辅助绕组的反馈和供电,降低了外围电路的复杂程度,缩小了系统的体积,节省了整个驱动器的成本。该LED恒流驱动器应用于交流输入、小功率隔离型LED照明。

A primary side regulation flyback LED constant current driver without auxiliary winding is proposed to this paper. Soume driving technology is used to drive internal power switch MOSFET, which reduce the static power con- sumption. As a special constant current control mode is designed, in addition with lower quiescent current, there is no need for auxiliary winding of transformer to power supply or feedback. It reduces the complexity of the peripheral cir- cuit, the si~ of the system and the cost of the whole driver. The LED constant current driver can be supplied in LED lighting which is AC power supply, small power and isolation requirements.
