LED照明中TRIAC调光电路的研究与设计

本文阐述了TRIAC调光原理，并对LED照明中TRIAC调光存在的问题进行了分析，然后结合Ns的LED驱动芯片LM3445调光实现方式，设计出TRIAC调光具体电路，最后通过仿真对该电路进行了验证。本文通过合理的电路设计解决了LED照明中TRIAC维持电流IIH不足，TRIAC导通瞬间输入电流振荡等问题，最终满足了TRIAC调光器在LED室内照明中的应用需求。
This paper describes TRIAC dimming principles, and the problems of TRIAC dimming for LED lightingare analyzed, and it refers to TRIAC dimming implementations of NS＇s LM3445, then TRIAC dimming Circuit is designed. And finaly the circuit is verified by simulation, the TRIAC dimming problems for LED lighting is solved, such as the current is smaller than IIH, and input current oscillation when TRIAC is turned on, ultimately it realizes that the TRIAC dimmer applys in residential LED lighting.
