一种面向航天应用的LED驱动电路设计
资料介绍
文中设计了一种面向航天应用的LED照明驱动电路。基于反激变换器拓扑,使用电流模式PWM控制器UC1845-SP作为主控制器,使用回路电阻采样和精密放大设定电流输出,用户可以使用3.3 V的TTL电平来进行四档调光。根据输入输出约束设计了主电路、反馈电路和调光电路,并设计了反激变压器。该方案性能可靠,参数稳定,已通过性能测试和常温老化实验。
In this paper,a LED lighting drive circuit for aerospace applications is designed.The flyback converter topology based on the use of current mode PWM controller UC1845-SP as main controller,use of loop resistance sampling and precision amplifier set current output level,and users can use 3.3 V TTL to carry out the four files dimming.The main circuit,feedback circuit and dimming circuit are designed according to the input and output constraints,and the flyback transformer is designed.This design has reliable and stable parameters,has passed the performance testing and sophisticated experiments at room temperature.
