A driving circuit based on LCC was presented in this paper for ultrasonic motor（ USM ） driving. Simulation and experiment results of the circuit were provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed circuit. The driving circuit based on LCC provides theoretical basis of optimization, performance and control method of ultrasonic motor drive.
